Once I got the hang of it, the pattern wasn’t too tricky. I just have to pay attention, not a TV knitting pattern!

3 repeats in and still loving the pattern. I’m now better at reading the stitches and tracking where I am in the chart. The pattern lends itself to having “natural” markers which helps me a lot, almost had to pull out my paper clip stitch markers but didn’t end up needing them ;)

24 repeats and I’ve decided to BO and block. I’ve got a lot on the needles now (and coming up) and my grandmother (the recipient) probably won’t understand a super long cowl. It’s long enough to loop twice if she wants but not so long it will get in her way doing daily activities.
