This is the most comfortable skirt I’ve ever worn! I couldn’t be happier with it.

(8/22) Added elastic and completed all the sewing. Completely Finished, Yeah!!!

(8/21) Bleach dyed pattern on this today. Rinsed and dryed.

(8/20) Completed the vertical pannel, shrinking wash and dryed! I’m completely done knitting this!!! Now all I need to do is decorate it and sew the side and elastic.

(8/19) Completed the 8x8 Rib and Bound off the main part of the skirt! I decided to do the vertical panel separtely and sew it on after since I want to be able to lay this piece flat when I use the bleach on it to make the decoration.

(8/18) Finished the body lenght last night and did the whole shaping part today.

(8/15 - 8/17) Worked through the body length as much as possible.

(8/12 - 8/14) Worked on the bottom ruffle every chance I could sneak in. Was perfect with the 100 degree heat wave I just took the kids to the wading pools and I could sit in the shade and work away.

(8/11) Didn’t pick up this project at all again today with having my son’s 3rd birthday party here this afternoon.

(8/10) Didn’t work on this project at all today, felt to guilty knitting and not watching every little thing that was going on at camp. And honestly was just to tired by the time I got home to even think of picking it up.

(8/9) I worked on the bottom ruffle as much as I could today while we moved from project to project around camp.

(8/8/08) I missed casting on with my team at Abundant… I am a Cub Scout Leader and was gone at summer camp with my den this night, but I did get to cast on there!
