This is going to be my Halloween costume! I’m so excited!

It’s so cute! I can’t wait to wear it. Next, I’m going to make a katamari to go with it!

Notes to self: After several attempts, finally settled on 95 ch to start. Next time, I would probably try 90 instead. Worked 36 rows. On back, decreased an extra edge stitch every 3 rows, to prevent bunching.

For the sides, I worked 15 flat rows in olive, then 7 straight rows. Then 8 straight rows in kelly green, then 8 in fern.

I worked the antenna following the pattern, but with yarn doubled and a J hook. I did change the red part some to make it more spherical. It kept coming out too long.

For the ties, I had 40 stitches on each end.
