I cast on 24 stitches and worked in k1, p1 ribbing. Every 8 rows, I alternated cabling the first 16 stitches, holding the first 8 stitches to the back, and cabling the last 16 stitches, holding the first 16 stitches of the cable to the front. Does that make sense? Anyway, it was incredibly simple.
