I started it tonight, and I was making good progress…and then my hook broke. Guess aluminum doesn’t work so well for smaller hook sizes.

Done! It was quick and easy. I used safety eyes pushed through white pieces of felt. Luckily, I had some pink Patons Grace left over from some baby socks, which is mercerized cotton, like the yarn used for the slime. I did several chain stitches for the mouth, then cut a strand of yarn and pulled apart the plies to use as matching thread to sew it on. It kind of looks like a blue pumpkin, but it’s definitely cute!
