Getting ready by swatching. I made a first stockinette swatch with the recommended needle (3.5mm) and it was almost perfect, maybe off by a stitch (24 instead of 25).
Made a second swatch with the lace chart using a 3.25mm and it’s a perfect match.
First time using this luxurious yarn from my Lys. It’s heavenly soft!
For the bubbles, I’m using a method I used in the past, adapting Voolenvine’s making 8 working stitches instead of 5.

Here are some details of the changes I made: create 8 stitches, turn work, slip the first stitch as if to purl, p7, turn work, slip the first stitch as if to knit, k7, turn work, slip the first stitch as if to purl, p2tog 3 times, p1, turn work, slip the first stitch as if to knit, k2tog 2 times, slip the first 2 stitches over the last worked stitch. The rest of the method where you “choke”’your bubble remains the same.
It may seem tedious to make, but I feel comfortable with that method. I’m finding that it’s better working the bubble pretty loosely, it makes it rounder and it’s easier to make when the stitches aren’t too tight. I tighten the stitches on the next row when I come across the bubbles.

Finished the back panel, the left front, working on the right front. Slowly but steadily. I’m really enjoying the pattern, even though the bobbles take some time to make, but getting more and more comfortable

My body is done. I followed the pattern exactly and didn’t add length. I’m finishing up my second skein of yarn, looks like I may have to use a third one for the sleeves. We’ll see!
I used a 3 mm for the ribbing and bind-off. I was careful not to be too loose or too tight. I did 12 rounds of ribbing before the 4 rounds stockinette and bind off.

Final measurements:
A. Bust circumference 41 inches / 104cm
B. Length from mid-back to hem 18 inches / 45cm
D. Length from underarm to hem : 9.5 inches / 24cm
I ended up using exactly 2 skeins (I unraveled one of my swatches to finish my second sleeve).
The yarn is very silky and light, with a beautiful drape. I’m glad I didn’t add length, it’s just right this way, imo.
As always with Joanna’s pattern, the pattern is very clear, easy to follow and interesting to knit. I highly recommend!!
