When doing stranded colorwork, for me, the “pop” color is held in the left hand.

The pattern isn’t in the Ravelry pattern database! Not even as being in the DB, but not available for online purchase. :( I bet if you call their shop and tell them that you want the “Voss Cowl” pattern, they’ll be happy to sell it to you and mail it to you. And they can certainly supply you with yarn, too. :)
