Cast on for size 34 -- 90 sts for the back yoke but it finished at 2” too short; cast on for size 38 --106 sts for the front yoke and the two pieces, when joined together, finished at just the right size.

NOTE -- extra Rows done for added length of yokes:
1 extra sc row right before first set of shells;
2 rows of sc before Row 14;
2 extra sc rows before final Row16 shells;

After sewing the front & back together, add to bottom edge to make the yoke longer:
2 rounds sc;
1 round dc/ch/sk (as in Rows 3 & 12)
1 round sc;
add ribbon threaded through the dc/ch/sk row near the bottom edge OR

Do “drawstring by chaining sufficient length, slip stitching back along the chain, and then weaving it through the bottom row of the mesh to tie in front”
