Loving the addition of the fuzzy Alpaca Blaze and the squishy effects of the garter stitch….

I foresaw that I would need more of an A-line body to accommodate my hips, so after the neck increases were complete, I increased every 6 rows by 2 sts at both side seams (= 4 extra sts every increase row= 1”). This worked well and gave me an additional 1” every 6 rows of body ease and 10” altogether by the time I reached the bottom.

I wasn’t in a hurry to finish this cardi and worked on various other projects while working on this sweater. Took forever and a day to get this done, as it wouldn’t hold my interest for very long periods and not sure what’s up with that. I found it a bit boring, didn’t love the color of the yarn and I’m a color freak.
