Beautiful pattern that was fun to knit. None of Kim’s patterns are knit in the round, and in a way knitting it flat gives the finished project structure. I loved working on the clamshell border.

The yarn was a delight to knit. Quite an investment, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will wear well.

2013: 3 years later and the yarn has held up beautifully. I’m fairly certain this yarn has been discontinued. Too bad, it’s the finest cashmere I have ever knit with.

I added a few more rows to the garter stitch neckline border.
