Lovely to find a project for this beautiful yarn. I didn’t have enough for a sweater and was so happy to put it to use for this simple garter stitch beauty.

I really cannot praise this shawl pattern enough. I was sorry to have it end, so I’ve cast on for another, this time in purple.

I think garter stitch is lovely all the time, but garter stitch knit with tweed is a marriage made in heaven. Scottish Tweed is surprisingly soft and was a pleasure to knit.
