I knit this skirt for my 14, almost 15 year old granddaughter, Annie. This is not her in the pictures, she is my pretty across the street neighbor who is also 15. Before I mailed it off to Annie I asked Jessica if she would pop over and model it for me. Jessica absolutely loved it, in fact, borrowed it to wear to a party and to school before I put it in the mail. She said she had a lot of compliments on it and all her friends thought it was super cute. I agree. This was a fast and fun knit and the Cotton Lustre is fantastic. I would not sub yarn for this, but use the Cotton Lustre as the skirt needs a particular amount of drape that this yarn has. If I get some pictures of Annie, I’ll post those too.
