Cutest little project ever! I loved making these! The pattern is well written and very easy to follow. This is knit in one piece, starting literally from the ground up with the “dirt”, then switching colors for the sprout.

The pattern calls for fingering weight but I think you can easily fudge with that. My soil was a worsted weight and I used a size US5 needle to get a tight gauge and used a size US3 for the sport weight sprout.

I spray painted my Le Fermiere pots.
