Using this stash yarn was a long time in coming. It comprised of whole skeins and a dozen oddments of partial skeins, all different dye lots, but with it being knitted double, that didn’t seem to matter. I love the pattern and have cast on for another in a wintery yarn. I almost made this sleeveless but did have enough yarn to knit some sort of sleeve so I weighed my remaining yarn then divided it in half and knit away. Luckily I was able to get a quarter length sleeve that I adore for summer. A fantastic pattern!

I did not do the cast on the pattern recommended, but instead did a long-tail cast on. I don’t know how it could have made a difference.
