Few notes on how I did this:
I cast on 30 sts (shoud have 32) using italian cast on.
Worked 4 maybe 5 rows in 1x1 rib.
Then joined ends to work in the round, distribuing sts on 4 dpns like that: 8, 7,8,7.
Starting with stockinette st. I worked 4 sts, then bo 7, then worked 8 sts, bo 7 and knit last 4 sts of the round.
In next round, I knit 4 sts, co 5, work 8. cast on 5, work 4 (body starts).
Then I worked body even for like 8 rounds.
Skirt: K1, YO1 for all round.
I knit the skirt with a bit looser gaugue, ending it with 4 rounds of 1x1 rib.
