march 11th: ran out of yarn today! I have to get some more to finish this project (darn!).

march 9th: Galenas chunky is much heavier than what the pattern asks for. I cast on 50 stches on needle 6mm. Followed the increases in the pattern, but have kept knitting in garter stich, without joining in the round as I want to knit a jacket. Added one row buttonholes every 12 rows.

Divided for arms, 28 stchs for each arm, 42 for back and 23 for each front panel. Added 6 stches under arms. All looks good so far!

March 9th: one skein used up, and I’ll probably have to get some more…
