Had a hi Ard time finding a pattern for a cake yarn I bought almost a ago, that turned out to be everything but gradient; colour changes are abrupt and rather ugly. Frogged it about six, seven times, because it always turned out too ugly, too thick or too little yarn.

I picked a rather random cowl pattern that could be done with this one skein. Used as much of it as possible, still some left. And I think the already a bit too large. I don’t really like the outcome, but this is it, in done with this yarn.

Might fit a very very tiny lady or a child; for me it drapes too much. It is quite soft and warm though; in a coat or in the house on a cold day I might actually wear it. But it is not the kind of project to be proud of.

The problem is definitely not in the pattern though; that is really lovely. But for a remake, I would really use a gradient yarn, and adapt the pattern for my plus size.
