Basic blanket, no border :
Dark color 1100 grams - appr 2500 meter
3 full 300-gram skeins plus 1/3
Light color 920 grams - appr 2220 meter
9 full 100 gram skeins plus a few meters.

(If the dark was the same yarn as the light, it would have been 10 full skeins plus one partially. )

Size basic blanket 188x132 cm / 74x52 . inch. It overstretches in length.

Border in overlay mosaic. Not a completely new technique for me, but not very well trained and I don’t really like it as much as interlock.

Yarn used for border:
Light color 300 grams Just a few grams left over.
Dark color 360 grams.

Total entire blanket including overlay border:

• Dark color 1460 grams - 3650 meters
• Light color 1220 grams - 2940 meters

Yardage and weight seem a bit inaccurate, probably due to moisture/temperature. Always take 1 skein extra.
