Crochet chevron afghan. Vanna’s Choice yarn except for the ivory (I Love This Yarn from Hobby Lobby).

For my blanket, I modified the width and number of rows. I chained 213 for width and crocheted 171 rows for length, size I hook. Finished size was 50” x 68”. ( I crochet fairly loose.) With the Vanna’s Choice yarn, I got about 9 rows per skein. I didn’t keep track of how many rows I got per skein with the ivory, but it would be more than than the Vanna’s Choice because the ivory has more yarn per skein.

Note: I finished this over a year ago, so I have washed it several times. The Vanna’s Choice yarn is holding up well. No pills, but it did get a little fuzzy. No fading.
