VEST ONLY (skirt here: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/LBK63/cowgirl-skirt)

Part of a set I am making for a cowgirl photo prop. Some of the pattern was a little confusing, but figured it out.

Followed the pattern for the vest as written except in a solid color and changed the trim. Top left and right sides of the vest did 3 dc per 2 rows for 7 sets each side and 2 hdc before and after the dc’s. rest of the vest sc around. Armholes: sl st around.

Length from center back to bottom is 6”.
Circumference around bottom of vest is 13 7/8”
Armhole depth is 2 1/2”
My gauge was 15 stitches and 18 rows of sc = 4”
