Made hat from a rectangle folded over and seamed. Pinched and sewed top center of hat to make Points more prominent. Added tassels, eyes, and beak. Forgot hook size-probably N for hat, smaller hook for eyes and beak, probably H or I. I think I followed a pattern for eyes and beak, but forgot which one. Basically just circles and triangle.
