Very fun easy pattern by Little Monkeys Crochet!!
Followed pattern as written, except I think I used a J hook as I crochet on the loose side. 53 stitches x 80 rows = 13” x 34”. Can’t wait to make the matching boot cuffs when I get some more yarn! (Cowl was less than 2 skeins, but all I had was 2 partial skeins.)

Note to self add about 10 stitches to make 16” wide.
