Nice pattern. (Written in U.K. terms) Hat is crocheted top down in the round. I like the fit of the hat- not too snug, but snug enough not to fall down.

My Modifications: I crocheted the same number of total rounds as the pattern, just one extra round of puff stitch and one less round of post stitches. I used an I hook, but switched to an H hook for the last 2 rounds of post stitches.

The yarn I used is now discontinued and is categorized as DK, but worked up more like worsted to me. Also states 123 yards per skein, but mine are 109 yards per skein.
