I have adjusted hook size according to yarn thickness. I’m using DK cotton with a 3mm hook, since that’s what I have on hand. If it works out well, I will try other patterns from this designer.

I just don’t have much sport cotton on hand and don’t really want to purchase more yarn if I can make do with what I have. I have a huge yarn stash and am trying to whittle away at it.

7/29/22 Last night I was able to complete legs, body and most of the head. Should be able to finish today.

7/30/22 almost done! Just need to attach hair and make and attach arms. I was only able to work on her for awhile last night, so didn’t get to finish. Finished, plus made Pascal too!

This is a wonderful pattern and I highly recommend it. It’s very well written and has lots of photos. I really enjoyed making Rapunzel!
