Awesome pattern! This pattern was well written and easy to follow. Only modification I made was to use an H hook instead of an I for the hat, as I tend to crochet more loosely than most pattern writers. On the band part of the hat, my edges did curl up a little. Next time I will make the last round of sc through both loops.

The Red Heart with Love yarn was a little thicker than most worsted yarn I use. I wouldn’t recommend it for the slouchy part of the hat. It is a little heavy, but works OK.
