I chained about 121 and crocheted 2 rows of white hdc, ch 1 skip one stitch, hdc, repeat to end, then I crocheted 3 rows of cream sc, ch 1, skip one stitch, repeat to end, then 2 more rows of hdc, ch 1 skip one stitch, hdc, repeat to end. Then I embroidered a chevron pattern with 3 colors of yarn (mustard, brick, and burnt pumpkin) across the cream section of the scarf. I have embroidered one row of brown across the chevron to hold it in place and plan to add two more rows of the brown.
