Pillow cover to fit a 16” pillow form, but mine fit a little better on an 18” pillow form. I did not need all of the 6th skein to complete project. The 5th ball ran out on the last row of the second back panel. So I needed the 6th skein for that last row and seaming. I did not add tassels.

A couple of notes:

1. For the front panel, repeat rows 3-6 NINE more times, not eight, to achieve a final row count of 42.
2. Seam front and back together with the right sides on the inside and the wrong sides on the outside.
