Mods: Used DK yarn.
No collar: CO 108 in US#8, then switch to US#10 , knit one row. Then immediately start Section 2 w/ GSR’s.

3/4 sleeves, no hem or cuffs.

Cuff BO:
1st round: decrease by k2tog every ~6 stitches
2nd round: per another raveler, YO for 2 out of 3 BO stitches

Hem : additional K round in US#10
then switch to US#8 and K around
then k2tog every 8 (k8, k2tog)
then K around again

Great pattern. Quick to knit up. Plan to make a winter/mohair version soon.
