I made this in a few hours. I was playing yarn chicken, so I did not cut the yarn to graft it in the middle. I just continued knitting until the other side so it is all one long yarn strand. I did run out of yarn at the end, so I used a red bulky yarn to finish the edge. I had left over yarn from another project. I think it worked out perfectly.

I don’t believe this is a hat that I would actually wear. I made it because I thought the construction was unique and interesting.
