I’m not totally pleased with my current design prototype so this is a dramatic variation on it.

Since I was moving from a heavy-worsted to a light worsted/dk weight, I chose to change needle sizes as well. Cast on 200 stitches. Decreased to 100 before increasing back to 200. Scarf is about a yard (36 inches) long. The ribbing is still too “ruffled” for my taste, so I think I’m going to minimize it the next time by casting on half as much and then only increasing.
