These are holiday ornaments for my C2S2 swap partners sfgwife (5), liledwards (3), huggybear (5), tuliptoe (3), and knittybitties (2). I knit them based on how many members are in their family. I hope they like the personalization!

I’ve been knitting miniature owls until I go blind. Then I’m sewing them together and hanging them on real live holly branches! I used real shell buttons that I bought on Etsy for the eyes and I think it makes them look so very charming.

Technically, I’m knitting the same pattern that I found from when I was perusing the owls pattern, but since Ysolda listed it as a separate pattern, I decided to link my second version to hers. Here is the cable pattern I lifted from the owl chart and my first owls in love project:
