I loved the picture of Ysolda’s knitted owl hairpin that I recently saw on Ravelry, so I knit up the cable chart to make myself an ornament! I’m a collector of random doodads and broken bits (think The Borrowers - that’s me!) so I thank nilliy for her own owls, which gave me the idea to put a sweet crystal heart over one of their chests and make them fall in love. And yes, my owls are supposed to only have one set of eyes. I’m very Amish that way. ;P
