Notes

This was my first ever project. It was supposed to be a scarf. However, I cast on 60 stitches (God knows why). After knitting, and knitting, and knitting, and then discovering I had 63, or 65, or 61, or 57 stitches and so just knitting two together (not that I knew what that was, I just did it) - I ran out of yarn.

So I bought more yarn. And knit badly some more. And then got bored (because, after all, it was the widest scarf known to mankind). I left it alone. For two years. And one day, I came back to it, remembered how much I had liked making it, and began to knit again.

I cannot remember if this was made using two or three skeins. I’m betting three. It has, obviously, never been used as a scarf. It matches any room quite well and works nicely as a small throw for your legs or shoulders when you are cold. If you ignore its wavy sides. And that dropped stitch. Hmm…where did that hole come from?
