CO 60, a provisional cast on for the first time, was quite good, I’ll have to try it more often, the first cuff was sewn together completely twisted - I have no idea how I did it - opened it again…the Kitchener stitch works better and better.
The wool is exactly what I wanted, a very dark blue on alpaca wool, very soft and warm.
60 stitches fits well, I think the cuffs will stretch out a bit, the wool isn’t quite as fluffy as the Alpaca Soxx 4 ply SW, so it feels a bit stiffer and doesn’t wrinkle as much, but I would knit a new pair the same way.
I knitted a purl row as a bottom mark or fold. I really like the finished cuffs. Now I need another pair in black

CO 60 , zum ersten Mal provisorischer Anschlag, war ganz gut, muß ich noch öfter ausprobieren, die erste Stulpe total verdreht zusammengenäht - keine Ahnung , wie ich das geschafft habe - nochmal aufgemacht …der Maschenstich klappt immer besser.
Die Wolle ist genau was ich wollte, ein sehr dunkles blau auf Alpacawolle, sehr weich und warm
60 Maschen passen, ich denke die Stulpen werden sich noch etwas weiten, die Wolle ist nicht ganz so fluffig wie die Alpaca Soxx 4 ply SW, daher fühlt es sich etwas steifer an und wirft nicht so viele Falten, ich würde ein neues Paar aber genauso stricken.
Ich habe eine linke Reihe gestrickt als untere Makierung oder Knick .
Die fertigen Stulpen gefallen mir super. Jetzt brauche ich noch ein Paar in schwarz
