Measure, measure, measure! I made the 4-6 yr old size for an 11-year old boy and just had to lengthen the sleeves and torso a bit. I didn’t have to alter the stitches at all (I think my yarn was slightly bigger than called for, too).
Love the way this looks! Beautifully cabled sweater.
