Notes

This was, hands down, one of my favourite knitting experiences ever! This is an incredible pattern and design and I loved every minute of working on this project :D

The reason that this pattern is so AMAZING is because every technique one needs to master in order to complete it is beautifully and clearly explained in articles linked to in the pattern. This really speeds up the process and makes the whole experience enjoyable, especially given the fact that this is my first time using beads in my knitting. No wonder so many people have made this! ♥

I was so lucky to get some stunning Kidsilk Haze for this for an absolute steal at my LYS’s annual super sale! :D

And after much searching, I finally, finally found beads!! :D

I managed to twist my first cast on and despite checking five times I only noticed three rounds in!! :( Oh well, at least it’s all fixed now :)

Naughty, naughty…working on this during the Ravellenic Games! Just completed round 11…worried I’m running out of wool! :S

12/8: I l-o-v-e this pattern so much! The minute my Ravellenic goals were completed I carried on with this! No longer worried I will run out of wool…I think I’ll have just enough! All repeats finished - on the final four-rounder and then it’s on to the picots! :D ♥
