I absolutely, totally love this ♥ My first-ever knitted top and first time working off a vintage pattern. Colour choices inspired by the Missoni for Target collection.

This project (and title!) were especially fitting as the jumper was knitted during my final set of undergrad exams. It was a great victory for both my academics and my knitting! :D

Following the advice of others here on Rav, I’m using the tubular CO (per Eunny Jang’s video on YouTube). It takes forever but it’s completely worth the extra time - it just looks and feels so professional and gorgeous! And it’s really not hard to do at all :)

I did not do the shaping work on the back piece. The jumper fits me perfectly and would have been waaay too large had I mirrored the back and front shaping as written in the pattern.
