This is my second Toph, and it’s the color reverse my first Toph.

Having used the cotton yarn as the CC in my first toph, and as the MC in this toph, it’s definitely better as a CC because you have to pull tight at the short rows to avoid stretched gaps in the petals. Also, the yarn color looks so different in daylight (upper two photos) as opposed to nighttime room light when my phone camera flashed (lower two photos).

Also, on this toph, I only knitted 7, instead of 8, panels, for a more snug fit.
