Accent (H hook)
1.sc7 in mc, sl closed
2.{dc, ch2, sl 2nd ch from hook, dc in one st} around, sl closed, tie off, leave tail to sew.
Make an I-cord 2.5” to 3” long, leave tail to sew.
Make a ch 3” to 4”, sc2 2nd ch from hook, sc2 in every ch to the end, tie off, leave tail to sew
Assemble
Sew picot shape to center of Beret. Sew the I-cord into the center as a stem. Sew the curly vine to the base of the stem. Work all ends in to finish.
