I’ve nearly finished the yoke and I have the impression it should be much deeper than mine is now… But since it is only written how many pattern repeats there should be before separating body & sleeves, and there are no measurements, I’m in doubt. This would not be an issue if my row gauge was correct, but it isn’t (it never is sob). Not sure what to do now… I think I will separate the body & sleeves and try it on to see the fit. I can always rip back and knit more repeats if necessary.

I knitted (without increasing) untill the yoke measured 31cm. After separating the body and sleeves I tried it on and the armholes are definitely not as deep as the ones in the pattern picture. I wish I knew the measurements… I’m going to continue knitting on the body now, because I’m afraid I will run out of yarn if I continue to knit on the yoke.

End note: the sleeves turned out pretty long, because I made the yoke deeper (I should have known this). The ‘balloon’ part of the sleeves go over the cuff when my arms are down (see first picture), but it never goes over my hands, so I don’t mind. All in all I’m pretty pleased with this cardigan!
