2017.01.28: UPDATE
Simple Hat #1 & Scarf:
Yarn: Classic Elite Waterlily in color 1995 Azalea
Unsure of yardage used (notes for project is in storage in US).
Hat and Scarf FOs were made Pre 2009.
Hat: The brim is too large for my noggin. I still love wearing it because it’s so soft but not on windy days.
Hat and Scarf: The variegation in the coloway is so beautiful and subtle that it compliments the cables. They have seen over 8-9 years of wear but these FOs are in excellent condition (minimal pilling)! So upset that this yarn is discontinued!!! They are the best for mitts especially for little ones, the yarn takes a beating!
Finally a beautiful day in Shanghai for an amazing FO photo shoot with cooperative daughters. Modeled by Catherine and Arielle; age 12 and 14, respectively.

Simple Hat #4:
Yarn: Debbie Bliss Donegal Luxury Tweed Aran
Needles: Addi Turbo Lace US 8

Cannot see the cables too well b/c of tweedy yarn. Goal was for me not to get bored. Hubby likes his knit wear simple w/ little embelishments. The hat turned out big since I didn’t swatch. Hubby never wore it. No pic of FO.
