I finally got to use my ‘Shrunken Head’ on my Halloween costume….I crocheted it for Halloween 2018, but l was unwell and decided to stay home in bed instead!

Fast forward to 2019…and l finally finished my costume AND got to actually wear it!

’Madame Merdè’ - Fortune Teller!

The original inspiration for ‘Madame Merdè’ came from my fascination with ‘Zoltar’ - the vending machine style fortune teller from the movie ‘BIG’.

l didn’t use a pattern - l winged it using pictures of ‘Dre Head’ who rides the ‘Knight Bus’ in the ‘Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban’ movie.
