This is one of those little top hats.

I worked a spiral starting with 6sc - one in each colour.
Work the spiral out to (9sc, inc), then work 1 round of sc into the back loops.
In both loops, dec 1sc in each colour around (6dec).
1 round of sc.
1 round of dec 1sc in each colour around (6dec).
3 rnds of sc.
1 rnd of dec 1sc in each colour around (6dec).
3rnds of sc.
1 rnd of dec 1sc in each colour around (6dec).
3rnds of sc.
3rnds of dec 1sc in each colour (6dec).
Work in front loops only…..(1sc, inc) around.
Work in both loops (2sc, inc) around.
1rnd (3sc, inc).
1rnd (4sc. inc).
1rnd (5sc, inc).
1rnd (6sc, inc).
1rnd of sc.
Work 1rnd of sc in your edging colour, then a round of reverse sc to finish off the brim.
I’m using blue but you can choose whichever colour takes your fancy.
Sew in ends.
