Love this pattern. Simple design but oh soooo cute. Well worth buying the pattern.

Hook Size: 2.20 mm
Yarn Size: 8 ply / DK. I used my absolute favourite yarn “Rico Design Essentials Cotton DK”.
Finished Size: 25 cm
Eyes: 8 mm

The part I found the hardest was getting the snout to sit right. Mine kept twisting as I was trying to line up the colour changes on the head with the snout. The other hard bit would be the stuffing. Took lots of work to get the body smooth. But so worth it in the end.

I staggered my increase and decrease stitches so that there is no distinctive line were these happen and no hexagon look to body parts.

I like to use a much smaller hook than recommended for the yarn size as I like to stuff my creations firmly and not have any stuffing showing. I think it gives a much nicer finish.
