Notes

I am really in the need for a hat now with the cold weather here in Norway, but if you’d seen me wearing one you’d understand why I don’t have any – they simply don’t become me at all. This made me even more happy when I’d finally knitted one that I feel comfortable with. This hat fits like a glove, and I actually look more or less normal wearing it!

The pattern is designed by Anne Hanson, she also designed the Fernfrost scarf that I knitted earlier. I’ve knitted the set in Cascade 220, which is available from Projo Produkter. It’s an incredibly soft yarn, lovely to knit with. I had two skeins, and after having finished the hat I also knitted the scarf from the same pattern. I kept going for as long as I still had yarn, and it ended up being appr 150cm long.
