3/5/10 - Finally took some pictures after finally blocking this scarf! It’s been a long time in coming… :P
10/28/09 - DONE!!
10/22/09 - 7 more repeats done!
10/21/09 - Finally picked this up again! (We’ll see how long this lasts…) Did 3.5 repeats, ended on row 8. It’s 31 inches unblocked now.
4/8/09 - Hmmm… will this ever get done? It’s been months since I knit on this at all. And, my cats slept on my yarn. yes. That’s what I get for putting luscious bits of yarn in a basket, it was like inviting them to sleep on it. (I did try to hide it from them at least, but they have a sixth sense.)
10/16/08 - 2 repeats, ended on row 8. Been a while since I’ve knit on this! I got distracted by my pretty fingerless mitts.
10/6/08 - 4 repeats done. Ended on row 8. I know these notes aren’t fascinating, but they’re to help me keep track of where I am so I don’t have to try too hard when I pick it up again. :)
Unblocked it’s about 17.5” at this point… with 17 repeats completed. I guess each repeat of the pattern equals about an inch in length. I think I want the scarf to be around 50-60” ideally. So, I’ve got about 70% to go, if I did my math right.
10/4/08 - 2 repeats completed (mostly).. ended on row 7.
Did I mention this yarn is a tiny version of sport? At least I think it seems to be. It seems like it borders on fingering. Also, this pattern is not as slow as it was the first time I worked on it. I seem to be getting along just fine this time around.
10/3/08 - 3 more repeats done (11 total). Ended on row 8.
10/2/08 - Picked up this yarn and was going to start over on this project, and I found that I’d never actually frogged it. I unraveled some rows to fix the mistake and started knitting again. I managed to figure out what row I was on, even though I’d lost my notes and undid some. I guess I’m getting better at seeing the pattern. yay :)
8 repeats done. Ended on row 8.
March something - Made a mistake on it and I didn’t feel like going back to undo it… the project was painstakingly slow, so I figured frogging it would be a better idea.
Two repeats done on 3/23/08
