This will be an undertaking!
Finished it finally! Still need to block and take photos, but at least I got that bind-off done. :) I really enjoyed knitting this pattern aside from the bind-off. It was super easy and I didn’t need to depend on lifelines at all. Love this yarn too. Yay!!
May 5 Finally picked this up again to work on the bind-off again. I started it on March 31 and didn’t finish it. Also, the bind-off is not that fun, so I didn’t want to get back to it. I started doing it now only because I want the needles back and I figured I should finish the project instead of stealing the needles to work on another one. The new project will just have to wait until I finish this one! I’m doing the i-cord bind-off and it’s not that fun only because it’s repetitive and time-consuming…but it’s very simple. As if there weren’t enough stitches to cast-off, I have to knit 2 stitches 8 times…repeatedly. It’s not the worst thing ever, I just wish it was over :)
March 30 Well, there went my regular updating. I’ve been slowly working on this but no longer keeping track of it. Hopefully I finish it on time! I’m going to have to brush up on some crochet skills and hope I figure it out. Here I go!
March 9: Finished the second repeat and one row of the third. I guess I’m just taking my time on this one!
March 6 or 7: Just seven rows this time… 5-11 of second repeat.
March 5: Finished the last 10 rows of the first repeat and four rows of the second repeat.
March 1: Finished the first 31 rows and 6 rows of the first repeat. I think I could live in this yarn. First Mal Lace and it’s like knitting with a piece of heaven. And now that I think of it, I hope there’s Malabrigo in heaven.
