4/9/2009: Wow, I finally took pictures!
12/15: I loooooooove this hat! This yarn found the perfect purpose in life. It really wanted to be a crazy winter earflap hat. I’m so excited about it! I am all finished with the knitting but I’m going to line it with red fleece pretty soon. This is my new favorite knit.
12/14: Almost done with the chart. Not much more to go! :)
12/13: Added a little extra flair with the cascade before starting on the norwegian star chart rows. Looks good :) I got only a few rows into the chart, but then I had to undo two of them. It’s looking so fabulous already.

12/12: Finished earflaps and cast-on row of hat.

Mods:

Modified earflaps.

No purl rounds for the hat.. I decided to start with the stockinette and later, go around the entire hat and the earflaps, pick up stitches, and garter a couple rows.

Added some fair isle stuff below and above the norwegian star chart rows.
