My friend called me one evening and told me how her mom used to make doilies for her. And she loved the projects that I’ve shown her over our 41 years of friendship. So proceeded to asking if I could make her a doily for her table, I asked her for a couple measurements we ended our call. My hubby and I set out to find the perfect doily for my friend Peggy and found this one, so I proceeded to purchase it then to Amazon to order the thread. That Saturday I started this 9 month project (health problems, buying a home etc.
Sept 13th, I completed the doily, then my hubby washed it, then we mailed it to Peggy one day late of her 81 birthday.
