I had quite a lot of leftover lettlopi in many colours from my Ásta Sóllilja, and I have long been in love with the big star from Cockatoo Brae, so I decided to make a cozy for our french press (it has been a little cold lately, and needed a cozy to keep the coffee hot) using the chart and tweaking it to fit my purpose.

I used the same 6 colours as in my Ásta Sóllilja, i.e. one colour less than the chart actually required.

The cozy is worked in the round and steeked with a sandwich steek.

It worked marvelously! I simply love the final result <3
I also quite love, that I got to work the beautiful stranded pattern of Cockatoo Brae without having to work the whole sweater ;)

The buttons are a mix of antiques (inherrited from my husbands grandmother) and new (bought on holiday in Norway).
